Product description

Compact Access. Full Efficiency.

Mounted on the Isuzu M21T chassis, the Oil&Steel Scorpion 16 combines modern truck features with a reliable aerial platform for professional operators. It delivers a maximum working height of 16 meters, a horizontal outreach of 11.3 meters, and a 250 kg basket load capacity.

The platform is fitted with a 1.4 x 1.1 x 0.7 m aluminum basket that accommodates two operators, with ±90° basket rotation for optimal positioning. The 400° turret rotation and H-type outriggers ensure stability and maneuverability even in tight spaces.

In transport, the Scorpion 16 maintains compact dimensions—5.90 m length, 2.195 m width, and 2.84 m height—making it easy to drive and set up in urban and confined areas.

Key safety and reliability features include electro-hydraulic aerial controls, moment detection and limiting systems, stainless steel screws, corrosion-resistant paint, and both manual and powered emergency descent systems. Power take-off with automatic release, lock valves on all cylinders, and hoses and cables routed inside the boom enhance durability and safety.

Standard features include PTO monitoring, anti-slip aluminum decking, stainless steel fasteners, and corrosion-resistant protection.
Optional extras include fiberglass insulated baskets, tilt sensors, automatic stabilization, remote connectivity kits, toolboxes, debris protection kits, under-ride guards, customized paint, and cabin comfort features such as A/C and infotainment.

Certified to CE standards, the Scorpion 16 offers an ideal balance of reach, stability, and compact design—making it the perfect partner for day-to-day access work where mobility and reliability matter.
