He will directly report to Alec Bell, Business Leader for Tadano operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recruitment decision was made against the background of Tadano&#8217;s global goal of becoming No.1 in the lifting equipment industry. Tadano has defined customer focus as an essential part of this strategic orientation: &#8220;Our goal is to become the industry benchmark in this area,&#8221; says Alec Bell, summing up his company\u2019s mission. \u201cService, parts and technical support is of central importance here. As we enter the next phase of our growth, the company has entrusted the leadership of customer support in the UK &amp; Ireland to an experienced and highly respected crane industry professional.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeed, John can draw on extensive industry experience.
