Nous avions ainsi le feu vert pour l\u2019op\u00e9ration de levage proprement dite pr\u00e9vue le lendemain, pour laquelle nous ne disposions que de tr\u00e8s peu de temps&nbsp;\u00bb, rapporte-t-il.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il fallait donc \u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix le moindre retard au cours de cette intervention, et ce depuis le montage de la grue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son d\u00e9montage et son \u00e9vacuation en passant par l\u2019op\u00e9ration de levage elle-m\u00eame. Le chantier se trouvait en effet en plein centre-ville, \u00e0 la gare de la petite ville d\u2019Hazebrouck, situ\u00e9e dans le nord de la France. La passerelle pour pi\u00e9tons d\u2019une longueur de 75&nbsp;m et d\u2019un poids de 250&nbsp;tonnes, pr\u00e9vue pour relier la gare \u00e0 un parking, devait \u00eatre soulev\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;d\u2019un seul tenant&nbsp;\u00bb au-dessus de huit voies de chemin de fer, d\u00e9plac\u00e9e, tourn\u00e9e et finalement d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur ses fondations. \u00c0 cet effet, il a fallu mettre hors tension les lignes \u00e0 haute tension au-dessus des voies pendant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9quip\u00e9e en configuration SSL<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Pour cette op\u00e9ration de levage, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour notre grue Tadano CC 38.650-1 et l\u2019avons \u00e9quip\u00e9e en configuration Superlift avec une fl\u00e8che de 54&nbsp;m, car elle peut ainsi atteindre des capacit\u00e9s de charge hors normes. De plus, sa conception compacte facilite son montage et son d\u00e9placement, m\u00eame dans les espaces les plus confin\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Koen Rooms. Afin de perturber le moins possible la circulation en ville pendant l\u2019intervention de levage, celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9e la nuit, pendant un weekend. D\u00e8s la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Sarens a transport\u00e9 la grue sur le chantier o\u00f9 elle l\u2019a mont\u00e9e en l\u2019espace de 4 jours dans une configuration SSL, ainsi qu\u2019une voie de circulation am\u00e9nag\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de planches de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Cinq heures ont suffi pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019op\u00e9ration de levage.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de pouvoir proc\u00e9der au levage du pont en douceur et en \u00e9vitant de l\u2019endommager, l\u2019\u00e9quipe Sarens avait mis au point des \u00e9lingues sp\u00e9ciales pour la traverse&nbsp;;
