At a Tadano Ltd. (\u201cTadano\u201d) Board of Directors meeting held on September 12th 2024, Tadano Ltd. decided to acquire all of the shares of Manitex International, Inc. (\u201cManitex\u201d) and has executed the relevant merger agreement for the acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement has been approved by the boards of Tadano and Manitex and the transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2025, subject to approval by Manitex shareholders, receipt of regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon completion of the transaction, Manitex will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tadano and Manitex\u2019s shares will no longer be listed on the Nasdaq. Find the Press release\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
