Acquisition of Sales and Service Distributors in the Netherlands and Belgium

We are pleased to announce that Tadano Faun GmbH in Germany (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tadano Ltd.) has acquired of its two sales and service distributors, Waterland Trading B.V. (Netherlands) and Waterland Trading B.V.B.A. (Belgium), as of January 2, 2018, with the aim of strengthening sales and service in the Netherlands and Belgium.

1. Purpose of the Acquisition
The Tadano Group is working to increase shares and expand international business in order to realize our long term goal of becoming No.1 worldwide in the Lifting Equipment industry. As a manufacturer and seller of All Terrain Cranes, Tadano Faun GmbH acquired these two businesses which have long served as distributors for Tadano Ltd., in order to strengthen sales and service in the Netherlands and Belgium. Through this, Tadano Group aims to increase sales and shares in Europe.
