Our CORE values
Tadano’s Core Values are “Safety, Quality, and Efficiency based on Compliance (C+SQE).” We put the highest priority on the safety of society and all those who make and use are products and services. We pursue quality improvement, including that of products, services, and business operations. We enhance the efficiency of our own business operations, in addition to contributing to improvements in the business efficiency of our customers. Compliance provides the groundwork that enables Tadano to actualize safety, quality, and efficiency, as we act with fairness and honesty and maintain a high sense of ethics.
Tadano OCEANIA
Even before Tadano started its direct operations in the Oceania region in 2010, its brand has been highly recognised as one of the Japan-based world’s leading mobile crane manufactures. Tadano Oceania Pty Ltd is a 100%-owned Tadano group company and has been dramatically enhancing Tadano’s capability to fulfil our customers’ expectations in sales and equipment, support of new and used mobile cranes, including service, technical product support, and spare parts supplies in the Oceania region.
Our market share of Rough Terrain Cranes and Truck Cranes in Australia already reached 61% and 55% in 2014 respectively, and has been rapidly developing our presence and reputation in the product segments of All Terrain Cranes and Telescopic Boom Crawler Cranes. Our strategic network provides coverage all around the Oceania region, with a regional headquarters and service workshop in Brisbane, a sales branch and service workshop in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne and allied service agents in Adelaide and New Zealand.
Nobody has built more hydraulic cranes over the past 65 years than Tadano, but our mission has been the same since day one: to provide quality machines for society’s changing needs. We believe that because machines exist to serve people, our products must benefit not only their owners, but also the community and the environment we all share. With state-of-the-art operating systems and field proven design features, Tadano has become a technology leader in the pursuit of these ideals.
