Mounted on the Isuzu M21 chassis, the Snake 16 features an articulated boom design that allows efficient operation over obstacles and close to structures. It delivers a maximum working height of 15.9 meters, a horizontal outreach of 6.5 meters, and a basket capacity of 220 kg, making it well suited for urban maintenance, utility, and rental applications.
The platform is equipped with a 1.4 × 1.1 × 0.7 m aluminum basket, ±90° hydraulic basket rotation, and 260° turret rotation, offering versatile positioning in tight spaces. Compact transport dimensions—5.3 m in length, 1.86 m in width, and 2.75 m in height—make the Snake 16 ideally suited for narrow roads and congested urban environments.
Key safety and support features include a moment detection and limiting system, in-shape stabilization, engine start/stop controls from both the basket and the column, and manual emergency descent via a hand pump. Internal routing of hoses and cables, stainless-steel fasteners, anti-slip decking, and corrosion-resistant paint ensure long-term durability.
Standard equipment includes electro-hydraulic controls for the aerial structure, hydraulic outrigger controls (with electro-hydraulic controls available as an option), and emergency systems for safe operation. Optional extras include automatic stabilization from either the basket or the ground, as well as additional safety and comfort accessories.
