Tadano Faun GmbH will not participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board as defined in the VSBG and has no obligation to do so.

Section 7(1) German Telemedia Act (TMG) dictates that as a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, we are under no obligation as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
