Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT)
Tadano is committed to maintaining the cybersecurity of its products and services. The Tadano Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is responsible for receiving, assessing, and coordinating the handling of reported cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incidents.
If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability related to a Tadano product or service, we encourage you to submit a report using the form below. Reports will be reviewed confidentially and handled in accordance with our internal incident response processes.
To help protect customers and systems, we kindly ask that potential vulnerabilities are not publicly disclosed until appropriate measures have been implemented. Tadano appreciates the responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities and values the contribution of researchers, customers, partners, and other stakeholders in helping improve product cybersecurity.
