The Tadano PM 48 PX series delivers impressive lifting performance and versatility for a wide range of applications. Designed for demanding lifting operations, these knuckle boom cranes combine high lifting capacities with extended reach and flexible boom configurations to meet different operational requirements.
With lifting moments ranging from 37.6 to 42.7 tonne-metres, the series offers eight boom configurations to suit different lifting needs. Maximum hydraulic reach ranges from 8.10 metres to 23.55 metres, allowing operators to select the ideal configuration for both heavy lifting at shorter distances and applications requiring greater working radius.
A key feature of the PM 48 PX series is its continuous slewing capability, providing greater flexibility when positioning loads around the vehicle. All models operate at a hydraulic pressure of 31.5 MPa and feature an oil flow requirement of 80–100 litres per minute, ensuring consistent technical characteristics across the range.
