"Blessing New Beginnings" - Tadano Cranes India Delivers GR-1450EX to HPCL, a Symbolic Key Ceremony and Traditional Pooja Mark the Occasion

We are proud to announce that Tadano Cranes India Pvt. Ltd. successfully delivered the GR-1450EX, 145 ton capacity rough terrain crane, to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The momentous occasion was celebrated with a symbolic key handover ceremony, followed by an Indian traditional pooja, marking an auspicious beginning for HPCL's new equipment.

In a brief yet meaningful event, Tadano Cranes India Pvt. Ltd.’s Managing Director and CEO Mr. Takuji Murakami handed over the symbolic key of the GR-1450EX to the HPCL team, led by Mr. R. Ramakrishnan- Executive Director - Operations & Commissioning. The exchange of the key marked not just the official transfer of the state-of-the-art equipment but also the strengthening of a long-standing relationship between Tadano and HPCL. The ceremony highlighted Tadano India’s commitment to delivering world-class cranes to leading industrial players in India.
Mr. Takuji Murakami, while presenting the key, expressed Tadano Cranes India’s pride in contributing to HPCL's infrastructure capabilities, stating, "The GR-1450EX is designed for versatility and efficiency, ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. We are confident it will be a valuable asset to HPCL's operations."
Traditional Indian Pooja for an Auspicious Beginning
In keeping with Indian customs, the key ceremony event was followed by a traditional pooja ceremony to bless the GR-1450EX. The crane, beautifully adorned with fresh flower garlands, was the centerpiece of the ritual, symbolizing good fortune, prosperity, and safety. A Hindu priest performed the pooja, seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha, known as the remover of obstacles, and Goddess Durga, known for symbol of power and protection, and is associated with strength and motherhood, to ensure smooth operations for HPCL.

A New Milestone
The rough terrain crane GR-1450EX, known for its reliability and robust design, will enhance HPCL’s capability in handling complex lifting tasks. Its smooth delivery and the blessing ceremony mark another milestone in Tadano India’s journey of providing superior lifting solutions to India’s industrial giants.
As the event concluded, both Tadano Cranes India and HPCL expressed mutual appreciation, with HPCL looking forward to the operational efficiency that the GR-1450EX is set to bring to their projects.
